Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your house and set up cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. It can also see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to identify pets, plants and other small objects.
The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is the highest power of any vacuum we've examined to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its position, which prevents it from becoming stuck on objects.
The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad of more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting system, which lifts the pad as it moves from laminate to tile hardwood, carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.
In addition it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsed and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container is automatically emptied and returned to it. This means you can set it and forget it, only needing to change the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.
This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its standard vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and then return to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I've tested.
It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only downside is that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this model if you can justify its price.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. The high price is justified by the powerful features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that rotate. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the entire home. It removed 98.4% debris on all kinds of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.
The L10S Ultra's main highlight is its multi-functional docking station. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, then refills the water tank for mopping and even dries mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.
Contrary to the other hybrid mops I've tested The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous premium features, it requires regular maintenance and care. Its base station has to be cleaned and the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried on a regular basis to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, that are bought separately, must be replaced regularly too.
With the L10S Ultra's high-end cost and robust features, I would recommend it to anyone who has the money for it. If you're on a budget, I suggest considering a less basic model that allows you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could find but its cost and constant maintenance will make it more of a want than need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to get rid of messes and get rid of dirt from your floors. This powerful mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive suction power of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery capacity to power both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacle-avoiding. It comes with a roller-mop that is self-cleaning, making it stand out among other models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller is almost entire length of the bot and is continuously dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. As it rotates the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked in by the heater elements of the tank and empty into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a good amount of water, and it can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before going dry.
The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums and mops. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is a simple task within the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning solutions.
As with most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map out a area and moved around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my testing however this could be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides a lot of functionality at a reasonable cost.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop, but it still has several impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it needs to return to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.
The software that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean every area that is mapped by this device or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a custom routine you've designed. There are many mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient method to clean your home while it maps the area.
The Qrevo did well in our tests, like all the Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system is solid that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a neat fashion. Its 'Normal" pathing setting covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like thick carpets but might not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires or rug tassels.
The one glaring flaw of this model is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option that could be a problem for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's a simple solution: the app offers a feature that allows you to "clean up" at the end of each session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to eliminate the last traces of debris and dust left behind by your vacuuming. automated vacuum cleaner is a nice feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
