Best 3 Wheel Stroller

If you're a runner in search for a stroller or a parent just doing errands, 3-wheel strollers provide a lot of flexibility. A majority of 3-wheel strollers come with the same features as 4-wheel strollers like storage, a tray for children, and a console for parents.

Guide writers put these strollers to the test on pavement and off, assessing how smooth they travel. They also evaluated the comfort and convenience features, such as the seat that can be reclined completely.

The Chariot Cross

Thule crafted the Chariot Cross for families who aren't content in the to the indoors, and they designed it with a solid structure that allows them to explore the outdoors without worrying about their children safety or comfort. The adjustable suspension of the Chariot lets you customize the ride to suit your child's preferences and readiness to embark on new adventures.

The Chariot Cross is a favorite among joggers because of its smooth ride and outstanding ability to maneuver on any terrain. One thing that makes the Chariot above other top-rated strollers is its outstanding passenger comfort. The seats are cushioned on the shoulders and sides and the passengers can adjust their reclining seat to find the ideal position to rest or take in the view. The mesh ventilation on the Chariot lets passengers enjoy cool breezes, making it a great choice for hot temperatures.

The Chariot comes with the added benefit of allowing the front and rear of the seat to recline separately. This is a great feature for older children who need to stretch out or read on long journeys. The Chariot Cross has a large rear canopy and an observation panel, unlike the D'Lite which only has an uninspiring front panel.

The Chariot Cross as with other Thule products is easy to assemble. The instructions are easy to follow, and the entire process takes between 30 to 45 minutes. It is small enough to be gate checked on planes, and it can be folded up for easy transport when in your car.

The only drawback to the Chariot is that it does not accept infant car seats. This might restrict its appeal to certain parents. The Lite's light design makes it easy to push and maneuver. It scored well in our Strollers Test Program. It scored Very Good marks in terms of Ease Of Use and Maneuverability. It also scored high in the Stroller Safety Category, which includes features to ensure that your child is secure and safe such as locking brakes, adjusting the safety harness folding and unfolding, and attaching and removing a compatible car seat.

It is crucial to keep in mind that folding the Lite requires some balance. To do this, you need to lift the lever that is located in the center of the stroller, step onto a second lever using your foot and then press down on the handle with the other hand. This process takes around 4 seconds and is somewhat slower than other strollers that are lightweight we've test.

Furthermore, while the Lite is a fantastic travel stroller with a small footprint and a comfortable carry strap, it doesn't fold as compactly as other strollers we've tested. The Bugaboo Ant and Babyzen YOYO+ both fold smaller to fit in overhead bins on airplanes.

The Lite cannot be transformed into a double stroller and it's not equipped with a ride-along board that is suitable for older kids. If you are looking for a double or a stroller that can hold two children we suggest our Top Picks or Guide to the Best Double Strollers.
