CHOICE OF WELCOME KIT
Three good reasons for joining Avon.
Powerful Brand
Avon has a presence in countries around the world and enjoys 90% brand recognition in most major markets. With the company’s incredible global reach, Avon Representatives sell four lipsticks every second.
As an Avon Representative, you would have the chance to sell award winning products from Avon’s world class R and D team. You’d have the opportunity to offer customers a broad range of products that appeal to a diverse consumer base.
Compelling Earnings Opportunity
There are two ways to earn money as an Avon Representative: (1) by selling products and (2) through the Sales Leadership program (selling products while recruiting others). The higher your campaign (selling cycle) sales are, the greater the percentage you’ll earn on those sales. Sales Leaders-Representatives who both sell and recruit, earn money based on their personal sales and on their recruits’ sales, with a similar progressive earnings structure applied.
Leading Technology
Avon is innovating the direct selling industry, enabling Representatives to run their businesses and maximize their earnings as never before. The company leverages the most advanced digital tools – on the Internet, social media and mobile technology. A Representative’s business integrates seamlessly with the way people today connect, share and shop. This enhances both the selling and shopping experiences. Avon’s direct selling innovations include:
- Customized social media environments for Representatives to reach customers and other Representatives.
- A personalized eBrochure widget to ensure that customers are never more than a few clicks away from ordering, sharing the eBrochure with friends and creating a viral sensation.
- Online training and sales tools.
- A new application for Sales Leadership Representatives to more effectively monitor their Representatives’ orders.
- “Intelligent ordering,” which makes it easier for Representatives to place their orders with Avon and ensures that they receive special product offers that are relevant to them.
- A widget which lets Representatives embed the latest Avon TV advertisements and videos into their own social media platforms.
Avon is passionate about giving you technology that does not depersonalize your relationships with your customers, ensuring that the core element of our business is still at the heart of everything we do. The best way to describe selling for Avon? High tech, high touch, highly rewarding.
Working as a Washington Avon Representative falls into 3 easy steps;
STEP 1
Share the brochure and your online shop with family, friends and work colleagues. Avon provides support if you want to share brochures with others.
STEP 2
Online orders are placed directly by your customers. With your brochure customers, you will need to personally collect orders that have been placed. You then place your order with Avon which is delivered to you. You distribute to all your brochure customers and your online customers who have opted for delivery by you as opposed to direct delivery from Avon.
STEP 3
You collect payment from your brochure customers (online customers pay at the time of placing their order). You deduct your earnings (commission) You then pay Avon. Avon pay you at the end of each campaign for online orders placed by your customers.
How much can I earn?
This is really up to you. There is no limit to how much you can earn and depends on how much time and effort you put into your role as a Washington Avon Representative.
There are elements to the commission structure as an Avon Representative as seen on the banner below. The more you sell the higher the discounts you earn with benefits and rewards at each level.
The Top Reps in the UK are rewarded with an all expenses paid holiday with Avon every year as part of the Circle Of Excellence programme.
Avon Sales Leadership in Washington
Advanced Leadership offers highly successful Representatives the chance to take responsibility for recruiting, managing and motivating their own team, whilst earning variable commission on their team’s paid sales. Teams can grow as big as 500 members over a wide geographical area, although no limits are set. The UK’s top performers run businesses which turnover in the region of £2 million annually.
It is not unusual for a Sales Leader’s Avon Advanced Leadership business to take over as the major earning stream for the household. In the US where Sales Leadership was launched in the mid-90s, some make more than $1 million a year.
Avon Sales Categories and Pay Plan
As a sales leader you can start earning on your team once you hit £1000 group sales in a campaign and have personal sales of at least £250. The team commission gets bigger as your team grows. The process of becoming a successful sales leader will be a journey that you take with your team upline. The current pay plan for Avon is seen below.
