6-9-15 waupun couple charged with sexually assaulting toddler

A Waupun couple has been charged with sexually assaulting a toddler.  Twenty six year old Robert Moungey is being held in the Dodge County Jail on $100,000 cash bail on a charge of first degree sexual assault of a child.  Twenty five year old Cassandra Scheuers pleaded not guilty to the same charge and waived her preliminary hearing.  According to a criminal complaint Moungey tied the three year old boy to a bed and Scheuers sexually assaulted the boy while Moungey took pictures.  The complaint says Scheuers told police she assaulted the boy because she feared Moungey would hurt her.
