These spring cassettes have been specifically designed to be used with multipoint locks that are sprung, they will not fit unsprung multipoint handles and you must have a custom hole cut into your backplate in order for them to fit (please see image for technical diagram). These cassettes are a replacement to broken or missing cassettes that are in the backplate of uPVC door handles. They feature a square cut out which allows for an 8mm spindle to be used and are sold as a set.
